Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 27, 2026
At PDFflow, we value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, and safeguarded when you visit and use our website and online PDF tools.
By using PDFflow, you agree to the terms described in this Privacy Policy.
Browser-Based Processing — Your PDF Files Stay on Your Device
PDFflow's PDF tools are designed to process files locally in your browser. When you upload a PDF to merge, split, compress, convert, edit, watermark, rotate, or otherwise modify, the file is read and processed entirely on your own device using JavaScript and WebAssembly. Your PDF files are never uploaded to our servers, never stored on our infrastructure, and never transmitted to any third party. This is a deliberate privacy-first design choice — even sensitive contracts, tax documents, medical records, and legal paperwork remain on your computer or phone throughout the entire workflow.
Because no file content leaves your device, we have no copies of your documents and no way to access them. If you close the browser tab without exporting, the file simply disappears from working memory.
